"In the design of the gear transmission system of the Winter Olympic train, we continue to improve the program. The use of advanced temperature control technology to ensure that the product can withstand a high temperature difference of 80 degrees C environment, can achieve all-weather high-speed operation under complex line conditions." Li Hua introduced that in terms of the structure of the gear transmission system, the team further optimized the labyrinth seal design, which can not only ensure that the lubricating oil in the gearbox does not leak, but also prevent external sand and rain from entering the gearbox, ensuring high-speed operation. Safety and reliability.
In view of the strict reliability requirements of Beijing-Zhangjiakou high-speed railway, the design team of Qishuyan Institute of China Railway also realizes intelligent state control and fault monitoring and prediction of the train by installing state monitoring sensors. Once the sensors detect abnormal temperature rise and vibration, they will give an alarm quickly.
"The design of 'self-checking' and 'disease alert' can effectively ensure the safety of trains and passengers. In the casting process of the gearbox case, we have also implemented the concept of low-carbon, green and intelligent." Li Hua said. Relevant experts also introduced that the gear box of the Winter Olympic train was born in the aluminum alloy metal mold low pressure casting production line of the enterprise. The production line has the characteristics of automation, information and greening, which fills the gap of low-pressure casting technology of gear box.
If the gear transmission system is an essential and important joint for high-speed rail, then the tread cleaning device is a "wheel beautician" who can improve the comfort of passengers ". When the behemoth of the high-speed train "flies close to the ground", the wheels and tracks continue to "close contact" and wear and tear. If the "skin" of the wheel wear is not "cosmetically repaired" in time, it may cause problems such as increased vibration and noise of the vehicle, reduced stability, and increased wheel maintenance costs. This is also the reason why most high-speed trains are equipped with tread cleaning devices. The tread cleaning device developed by Zhongche Qishuyan can effectively suppress wheel polygon wear, stabilize wheel-rail adhesion coefficient, reduce wheel-rail vibration noise, and ensure the safety of train operation.
Wu Bo, designer of the tread cleaning device, said that the design team had improved the traditional tread cleaning device in view of the high-speed, cold and windy working environment on the high-speed railway line. "We adopt the concept of compactness, light weight and modularity to design low temperature resistant material parts and high cold wind sand resistant grinding sub." Wu Bo said.
It is worth mentioning that the low temperature will lead to the decline of the performance of the traditional tread cleaning device. In this regard, the R & D team carried out the selection and design of low-temperature resistant materials, and jointly carried out the research and development and application of low-temperature resistant materials with professional manufacturers, and strictly verified them through simulation, testing and other means. "When carrying out the low-temperature bond strength experiment of the grinder, we designed and built our own test bench because we did not find any available test equipment through various investigations, and completed the bond strength verification of the grinder in the ultra-low temperature environment of minus 50°C." Wu Bo said.
In the past 110 years, from the Beijing-Zhangjiakou Railway to the Beijing-Zhangjiakou High-speed Railway, behind the one-word difference is the rapid development of my country's rail transit.
